At I Was A Sari, we want you to love your unique upcycled creation; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in fabric and print are part of the garment's unique story.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number and the necessary return forms.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
